The staff of Patentna pisarna d.o.o. includes highly trained Slovenian and European representatives for patents, designs and trade marks, lawyers, trade mark consultants, language experts and paralegals. We offer our clients complete service of high quality. We regularly upgrade our knowledge and participate in professional seminars in order to maintain a high level of professional knowledge.

Experience

Martina started working in Patentna pisarna d.o.o. while still studying at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana. She started by working in the archives and assisted the secretary. She graduated from her studies of English and German languages with literature in 1990 and was employed with Patentna pisarna, d.o.o. as a foreign language correspondent clerk. She entered trade mark profession in the field of protection and maintenance of patents and trade marks of foreign applicants in Slovenia. In the past years, her work is focused on protection of trade marks of Slovenian clients abroad.

She advises clients in matters of protecting international and community trade marks or in matters of applying for national applications abroad. She prepares and files new trade mark applications with WIPO and EUIPO and corresponds with foreign agents. She regularly attends various seminars and conferences, especially those organized by EPO, WIPO, EUIPO, SIPO and other providers.
