Croatia: Changes in the requirements for validations/extensions of European Patents

According to the latest amendments of Croatian Industrial Property Law (Art. 17) as of 17 March 2009 the implementation of the London Agreement (Art. 65 EPC) changes in Croatia for all applications for extension/validation of a European patent. Namely, it is no longer required to file a translation of the complete specification but the translation of claims only for all European patents granted after 1 May 2008.
