Patent is an exclusive right granted on a new, inventive and industrially applicable invention from the field of technology.

Our agency offers professional assistance in obtaining patent rights in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and abroad (European Patent, national patent). You will be assisted by our patent engineers who are competent in various fields of technology, they are mostly specialised in chemistry, mechanical engineering and electrotechnics. You will co-operate with them from the very beginning, i.e. drawing up a patent specification through consultations as to further steps in obtaining rights in dependence on your business plans and needs. After the patent is granted we take the measures necessary to maintain the rights in an individual country by paying adequate annuities based on our own annuity system.

We also provide consultations in the area of assignment of rights, recordal of changes in adequate registers and in licence agreements as well as in preparing same.
