Experience
Jože obtained his Master’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, University
of Ljubljana. He first gained experience in law practice and as a judicial
trainee at the Higher Court in Ljubljana. After passing the State Bar Exam, he
worked at the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office, focusing on copyright law
and industrial property law.
In 2025, he joined Patentni pisarna d.o.o., where he represents clients in
industrial property rights litigation, customs enforcement proceedings, and
advises on copyright, domain name law, and industrial property matters.
