Experience
With more than 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual property, Vanja advises clients on the most appropriate protection of their trade mark and service mark rights and the scope of such protection. She assists with trade mark application and registration procedures for domestic and foreign clients, as well as various other proceedings before SIPO, EUIPO, and other national offices. She conducts trade mark searches, monitors new publications of trade mark applications, and handles procedures for the registration of transfers of rights and other entries in trade mark and patent registries. She drafts, translates, and proofreads specialised legal texts.
